Is there a minimum reservation requirement at SafeStop?
Yes. The minimum stay is three hours. You can book by the hour or by the day. For one week, one month, or longer parking needs, call SafeStop at (214) 435-9555.
Do I have to make a reservation before I arrive?
No, you can reserve your space once you arrive at SafeStop. Simply scan an onsite QR code to reserve or if you prefer, you can reserve your space here on our website before arriving.
What if I arrive early for my reservation?
You can enter the lot 30 minutes before your reservation start time. You can extend your stay through our online booking link or by speaking to an on-site manager at 214-435-9555.
How do I open the SafeStop gates?
Provide your license plate number when you book and the gates will open automatically as you approach. If you do not have a front license plate, your text confirmation includes a link with gate access controls. You can also call the manager number posted on the gate, (214) 435-9555, for 24/7 help.
What amenities are available at SafeStop?
